1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bak33 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the bak33 platform, you unconditionally accept all provisions of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on the bak33 website.

This Agreement applies to all users of the bak33 platform, regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. It applies to all products and services offered by bak33, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slots, crash games, and any promotional features.

bak33 may update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the bak33 platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement .

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bak33 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. bak33 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any remaining balance returned at the Company's discretion.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to use the bak33 platform:

• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not register as players).
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the bak33 platform or self-excluded via our Responsible Gaming tools.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

bak33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh.

Age Verification Process

Age verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. bak33 may also conduct age and identity checks at the point of registration or at any time during the lifetime of an account. Players who have not completed age verification will be restricted from withdrawing funds until the process is complete. bak33 cooperates fully with any lawful authority investigating underage gambling on its platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bak33 products and services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one active account on the bak33 platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. bak33 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate termination of your account without notice and without the return of any funds held in the account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bak33 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

bak33 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. The Company also reserves the right to close any account, at any time, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the account or the platform has been compromised.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the bak33 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bak33 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Dutch-Bangla Bank Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Payments section of the Platform.

Deposit Policy

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bak33 balance in real time in most cases. bak33 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bak33 accepts no responsibility. Deposits are irrevocable once confirmed and credited to your account.

bak33 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to deposits that exceed specified thresholds. In such cases, the funds may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete. You will be notified via email if your account is subject to such a review.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process will not be able to withdraw funds. Once your identity has been verified, standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within the same business day in most cases. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to three business days.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via bKash and Nagad; ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to payment method limits and account tier. Refer to the Payments page for current figures.
• Withdrawal currency: All withdrawals are processed in BDT to the payment method registered to your account.
• Pending period: A short security review period may apply to first-time withdrawal requests.

Responsible Use of Funds

Players are reminded that the funds held in their bak33 account are intended solely for gaming activity on the platform. bak33 is not a financial services provider or e-money institution. Account balances do not accrue interest and are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme. Players are advised not to hold large sums in their bak33 account and to withdraw winnings promptly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bak33 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of your account and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Specific wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page.
• bak33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without notice, subject to any commitments already entered into with individual players.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in the removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Some games may contribute differently (or not at all) towards wagering requirements.
• bak33 reserves the right to decline, void, or reclaim any bonus awarded as a result of a technical error, software fault, or misuse of the Platform.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions. bak33 reserves the right to void all bonuses, winnings, and pending transactions associated with abusive behaviour and to close the relevant account(s) without notice.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bak33 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bak33 platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; providing falsified identity documents; engaging in chargeback fraud.
• Money laundering: Using the bak33 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to disguise the origin of such funds.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live table game environments.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game errors, pricing mistakes, or any other technical fault to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are void.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language or behaviour towards bak33 staff or other platform users.
• Impersonation: Attempting to impersonate any other player, bak33 employee, or third party.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or assisting a person under the age of 18 to access, register, or use the bak33 platform.

bak33 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bak33 reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account(s), void all associated bets and winnings, withhold any balance pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bak33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your bak33 account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided you have completed identity verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming a concern may request a self-exclusion from the bak33 platform. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers. Company-Initiated Closure

Where bak33 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to void any bets or winnings associated with the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, due to a change in the Company's operational scope), any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bak33 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bak33 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of winnings resulting from technical faults, system outages, or third-party payment provider failures.

bak33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous availability and accurate odds pricing, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability.

Betting Errors & Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, pricing errors, or system-generated bets that do not reflect intended outcomes — bak33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. bak33's decision on manifest errors is final.

Force Majeure

bak33 shall not be in breach of this Agreement, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance, where such failure or delay results from causes beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits bak33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by the bak33 support and complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration.
